The 242 has the longest running surface of any boat Supra has ever produced and is a true 24’ running

surface. Our prior generation Launch 24 had a 22’ running surface. One of the traits of the prior Launch

24 was that it drove more like a smaller boat (good and bad) than a comparable 24’ boat. This Launch

242 drives like a true 24’ boat and may feel more like comparable 24’ boats. A typical 24’ boat may be

slower to respond in slow speed maneuvers around docks than shorter boats and may also have

tendency to lean more in turns than smaller hulls. The advantage to the longer hull on the 242 is a

smoother ride in rough water, and perfectly shaped wakeboard wakes.
